FROM OUR FOUNDER
"Being a woman is not easy.
And you shouldn't go through it alone."
From the moment you start menstruating, through fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, to the reality of perimenopause and menopause.
It’s easy to feel out of control. And it can be lonely.
My own journey hasn’t been easy. I endured debilitating period pain and was put on the pill. I battled eating disorders.
I experienced two miscarriages. I was later diagnosed with postnatal depression. Three children later, I know perimenopause is just around the corner.
Dismissed. Misunderstood. Vulnerable.
I just didn’t feel like myself.
Across all those chapters I felt alone. So why share my story?
"Because by recovering loudly, I hope others won't have to suffer silently."
And that is why Asklé was born. My story is not unique. Millions of women face their own struggles. And many go through it alone.
They aren’t listened to. They aren’t validated. They aren’t given the answers, the clarity or the hope that they can feel better.
The statistics speak for themselves:
90% of women experience pain lasting longer than a year.
66% live with menstrual, hormonal or endometriosis conditions.
71% report being ignored, dismissed or gaslit by health professionals.
Asklé exists to change that. To listen. To validate. To empower.
To give women the personalised healthcare they have always deserved. And finally put them back in control of their bodies.
Because being a woman is not easy. And you shouldn’t go through it alone.
From one woman to another,
